Pursuant to an order of this Court dated February 23, 2022, whereby itwas referred to
me as Referee to ascertain and compute the amount due to the plaintiff on the note/bond and
mortgage beIng foreclosed in this action, and to such of the defendants, if any, as are prior
incumbrancers of the mortgaged premises, and to examine and report whether the mortgaged
premises can be sold in parcels, I report as follows:
1. Before proceeding in this matter, I was first duly sworn to faithfully and fairly
determine the questions referred to me, and to make a just and true report according to the best
of my understanding.
2. Any parties entitled to notice hereof were provided with copies and given an
opportunity to object. No objections were received.
3. I have ascertained and computed the amount due to the plaintiff on the note/bond
and mortgage, and I report that there is due, as of October 21, 2021, the sums of $76,807.99
and $7,485.08.
