2. Defendant denies knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as
to the allegations contained in paragraph nos. 1, 4 and 5 of the Plaintiff's
Complaint.
3. Defendant denies each and every other allegation contained in said
Plaintiff's Complaint not admitted, denied or otherwise controverted.
AS AND FOR AN AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE:
1. Defendant alleges that the interest rate of 24.98% per annum is excessive
and greater than that allowed by State or Federal Law.
WHEREFORE, Defendant requests judgment dismissing the Plaintiff's
Complaint in this proceeding, together with costs and disbursements to the
Defendant and such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just and
proper.
