Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Deposition of Defendant Steven Chiu-Fan Ho and for

therefore adopts the tentative ruling as the Order of the Court as follows:
Plaintiff Lily Chan's motion for order compelling defendant Steven Chiu-Fan Ho to
attend deposition and for sanctions GRANTED:
1. Defendant Steven Chiu-Fan Ho shall appear for, and submit to deposition within
