Dear Judge DelConte:
Thank you for taking over the trialon this matter. As you are aware, there is a July 16,
2019 settlement conference scheduled for this matter. We had 2 prior settlement conferences
which, unfortunately, did not bring the parties anywhere near a resolution of this matter. The
understanding that we had with Judge Murphy was that we would set up the July 16 settlement
conference but itwould be cancelled in the event we did not believe it would assist in a final
resolution of this matter. Unfortunately the parties are too far apart for a settlement conference to
be ofany value so I am kindly requesting that the conference be cancelled.
