JUDGMENT
The Court issued an Order to Show Cause to all known judgment creditors who held small
claims judgments that appeared to have included an excessive fee award and were in violation of
Code of Civil Procedure Section 116.610. The Court held the Order to Show Cause hearing, as
noticed, on May 28, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in Dept. 206 of the above court, the Hon. James J. McBride,
presiding.
The Court has ruled upon any and all objections raised at the hearing on the Order to Show
Cause. The Court finds that excessive costs were awarded in this case as a result of clerical error and}
in violation of Code of Civil Procedure Section 116.610.
GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THERFOR, the Court hereby orders that the Judgment of
December 19, 2007 against defendant(s) HOGAN SUNG be amended pursuant to Code of Civil
Procedure Section 473(d) to correct the costs pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Sections
116.610(g)(1) and 116.610(g)(2). The Notice of Entry of Amended Judgment is enclosed herewith.
