                         Yasmin  K. Badruddin   (Nurani) on  October 30, 2008, and  ithaving been  brought  tothe attention
                         of thisCourt that Yasmin  K.  Badruddin (Nurani)  has allegedlyviolated Orders   of thisCourt

                               restrainingher from  transferringany assets belonging to the decedent;


                         and upon  allthe pleadings and proceedings  heretofore filedherein; and the Court  having
                         considered the factsand  circumstances  herein,and itappearing  that itisinthe  bestinterests of
                         thisestateto appoint Robert  H. Hafner, Esq. Special Administrator,  forthe purpose  of

                         administering the estate,until such time as furtherproceedings   can be had in thisestate to
                         determine the marital status of thedecedent  at thetime of his death and the value  ofhis estate;
