THE FOREGOING conveyance being subject to certain lands which were
appropriated for Interstate Route 502-2-6.1 (Glens Falls By-pass) which damage parcel
Map No. 428, Parcel 713 was filed and recorded in Saratoga County Clerk's Office on
April 22, 1959 in Book 672 of Deeds at Page 264 and subject to certain temporary
easements and rights of way with the reservation, however, to the owner of the property
for the right and privilege of using certain portions of the appropriated lands in accordance
with the reservations contained and more particularly set forth in the respective deeds
conceming the same and hereinabove referred to.
