having moved this Court by notice dated June 25, 2019 for an Order pursuant to CPLR §3215
granting a judgment of default against the Defendants, Salimah K. Badruddin a/k/a Salimah K.
Badrudin and Yasmin Nurani Kaderali Badruddin, upon the grounds that the Answers of the
Defendants, Salimah K. Badruddin a/k/a Salimah K. Badrudin and Yasmin Nurani Kaderali
Badruddin, had been stricken by Order of the Court and that said Defendants were in default and
said motion having regularly come on to be heard on December 16, 2019, and by Decision and
Order of the Hon. Thomas D. Nolan, Jr.,J.S.C. dated December 16, 2019 and entered in the
Saratoga County Clerk's Office on December 19, 2019, the Plaintiff's motion to enter judgment by
default on the issue of liabilityon all causes of action alleged in the Plaintiff'sAmended Verified
Complaint dated March 12, 2015 against the Defendants, Salimah Badruddin and Yasmin Nurani
Kaderali Badruddin, having been granted with an inquest to be scheduled to determine Plaintiff's

The matter having come on foran inquest before the Hon. Dianne N. Freestone, J.S.C. on
July 29, 2021 upon notice to the Defendants, Salimah K. Badruddin a/k/a Salimah K. Badrudin and
Yasmin Nurani Kaderali Badruddin, dated May 27, 2021, and the Plaintiffhaving appeared at the
inquest and offeredproof of damages alleged in theAmended Verified Complaint dated March 12,
2015, and the Defendants, Salimah K. Badruddin a/k/a Salimah K. Badrudin and Yasmin Nurani
Kaderali Badruddin, having failed to appear, and the Court having found the proof of damages
offered by the Plaintiff,Cannone Ventures, Inc.,to be credible, the Court issued a Decision and
Order dated August 3, 2021 and entered in the Saratoga County Clerk's Office on August 6, 2021
awarding to the Plaintiff,Cannone Ventures, Inc., damages against the Defendants, Salimah K.
Badruddin a/k/a Salimah K. Badrudin and Yasmin Nurani Kaderali Badruddin, in the sum of
