upon their default, to the Public Admirdstator of St. Lawrence County. On July 18, 2017, the
court sent a letter to Attorney Knox advising that there is a Last Will and Testament forthe
decedent on filewith the court, and as such itwould be necessary to filea probate petition.
On December 4, 2017, the court received a letterfrom Attorney Knox indicating that he is
withdrawing the petition for Letters of Limited Ad-ministration.
Now, therefore, upon the request of William Knox, Esq., itis hereby
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the petition dated April 14, 2017,
and filed on July 18, 2017, requesting Limited Letters of Administration in the estate of
Russell J. Tuttle, Sr., is hereby dismissed without p judice.
