MITCHELL, and (ii) DEBRA J. DOLCH as temporary trustee of the Revocable Living
Trust Agreement of Charles Actis Dated 11/2/04 and Special Administrator of the
Estate of Charles Actis, through her attorney ERNEST DER, that service of the above
referenced summary adjudication motion may be made by mail provided such mailing is
made no less than sixty five (65) days prior to the hearing of the subject summary
adjudication motion,
