                   19             On September 8, 2022, the above-referenced matter came on regularly for hearing on the

                   20    motion of Plaintiff, Juanita Olson, to compel response to form interrogatories, special

                   21    interrogatories, and request for production of documents and to deem matters admitted.

                   22             A tentative ruling was issued on September 7, 2022, granting the motion of Plaintiff and

                   23    awarding sanctions.

                   24             John P. Hannon II appear as counsel for Plaintiff.

                   25             Defendant, Lidia Ryan, appeared representing herself.

                   26             Also present was Juanita Olson.
                   27    GOOD CAUSE EXISTING, the court hereby orders:

                    1             Plaintiff’s motion to compel verified code-compliant discovery responses to outstanding

                    2    discovery is granted (form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and request for production of

                    3    documents).     Plaintiff’s motion regarding requests for admission is granted and those matters qare

                    4    deemed admitted.       Defendant is ordered to pay $863.75 in monetary sanctions within 30 days of

                    5    the hearing.
