Preface: Urgent Care Centers and 24 Hour ER’s business is inconsistent — especially during the day time (fixed cost and loss of productivity). ASC’s slow down after 1pm. They want to enhance their business (bottom line). What is the solution? Model: 1 We set up Vascular Centers inside the Urgent Care, 24 Hour ER or ASC’s Zz We contract with the Center in which we provide the equipment and personnel to qualify for technical fees We “rent” from them the space, equipment and some personnel. Buy few pieces of equipment Start with a company that has many ASC’s UCC and 24 Hour ER; and seek the provision of exclusivity One successful testimonial and we earn the right establish Vascular Centers in “all” their centers Benefit to UCC et.al, windfall profits, stay busy, and get ancillary revenues for other tests and procedures 7 18-months and you will have a dozen centers - nationwide. 8. THEN you create freestanding centers !! We will set up the entire program beginning from one center to many — in exchange for 25% of the equity.
