Casey Armusewicz is residual beneficiary of the Susan Trust, created by the Second Amendment
to and Complete Restatement of Trust Agreement of the Robin Williams Trust. A guardian ad
litem is needed to ensure that Casey Armusewicz’s interests are properly protected during any
proceedings in this court regarding implementation of the terms of the Trust instrument (e.g.,
regarding the pending Petition for Instructions) as well as during approval of any settlement of
disputed issues among the various beneficiaries to the related trusts.
