1. lam an attorney duly licensed to practice law in all of the Courts of the State of
California. I am an associate with the Law Offices of Hemar, Rousso & Heald, LLP, attorneys of record
for BANK OF AMERICA, NA, a national banking association (“Plaintiff”) herein. If called upon to
testify, I could and would testify competently thereto.
