          Hi Robin,

          Regarding Dr. Agraharkar's space, he has 3K sq feet for us. He is about to start pouring the concrete.
          He told me that for his dialysis center they need special plumbing and therefore a special type of
          concrete pour. Before pouring the concrete he asked me if IR OBL's have any special plumbing and
          therefore concrete pour requirements, | told him | didn't think so but that | would check with you.

         Also | am no longer working with Sam, so a Replyto me only would be appreciated.                 Feel free to call
         me too if that's easier, thanks

             Robin,

             See below.        Dr. Agraharkar is a well connected nephrologist in the Clear Lake/Pasadena area who Sam knows well, He owns a few
             dialysis centers, and is in the process of putting up another 10,000 sq ft one in Pasadena.     He is willing to rent 2000 sq feet to us to put
             in a Radiology center -- just like the 1960 one — IR suite, CT, US, recovery rooms -- but this time all under one roof, not separate like the
             1960 one has to be because of limited space.     | met with him last night and we agreed to put you in touch with his builder/architect to
             start the ball rolling with this.


             Call me anytime if | can offer more info, we can conference in Sam. Thanks Robin,
