Petitioner, ORDER FOLLOWING
and INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT
CONFERENCE
Teren Louise Asfahl,
Respondent.
This matter came before the Honorable Jodi L. Williamson, Judge of District
Court, on May 16, 2016, for an Initial Case Management Conference. Petitioner
appeared with his attorney, Timothy A. Woessner, Esq. Respondent appeared with her

creating a schedule that will bring this matter to a conclusion in an expeditious manner.
The parties were married on February 5, 2005, and separated in November,
2015. The parties have two children: Bradyn Dean Asfahl, born May 27, 2008; and
Grant David Asfahl, born September 26, 2004. The parties are currently exercising a
parenting schedule of every other weekend with Petitioner, from Friday p.m. until
Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. The parties do not have any concerns regarding the

to additional parenting time and encourages Petitioner to be more active in the
children’s lives.
Petitioner is employed at McNeilus in Dodge Center. Respondent is employed at
