                           The above-captioned matter came before        the Honorable       Z $0   ”mm                   0n July 20,

                  201 8 @ 9:00 a.m., at the Chisago County Government Center on the County of Chisago's Motion for
                  Change of Venue.

                           The County of Chisago was represented by Maurine           Caturia, Assistant  County Attorney and

                  Michelle Hennig, Chisago County Child Support Officer, appeared as a Witness.               Kimberly A. Lemier

                  did/did not appear.   Travis  J. Wessels did/did not appear.


                           Based 0n the representations of the     parties, the entireCourt File and   allthe proceedings herein,


                  the Court  makes the following:

                                                                FINDINGS OF FACT

                       1.  The above named      parties are the parents 0f Christian Mykal Wessels, born 06/24/2003, Tyler


                           James Wessels, born 08/3 1/2005 and Jade Elizabeth Wessels, born           10/22/2007.


                       2.  An Order was    entered on 04/23/2015     in Chisago County Court File     Number    13-FA-10-476,


                           establishing an order addressing child support from Travis       J. Wessels.


                       3.  The Order   set Basic Support at $744.00 per month, Child Care Support at $75.00 per month, the


                           Defendant   shall maintain   medical and dental    insurance for the minor children and the Plaintiff
                           and Defendant    shall each be liable for 50 percent of the minor children’s unreimbursed medical


                           and dental expenses.


                       4.  The  Plaintiff and Defendant have a pending Dissolution of Marriage         in Isanti County Court    File


                           Number 30-FA-1 8-106.

                       5.  The  Plaintiff and  Defendant each   live in Isanti County.


                       6.  The venue ofthe Chisago County Court         File Number    13-FA-10—476    is properly in Isanti County


                           forjudicial efficiency and convenience of the parties as       n0 party presently resides   in Chisago


                           County and    IsantiCounty will have the controlling Dissolution of Marriage.

                       7.  A Change of Venue to Isanti County       is appropriate and serves to   make   this matter more

                           streamlined and family friendly by consolidating the court files between the same parties and


                           ordering Child Support in one court file.


                       8.  That  Isanti County does not object    to the Change of Venue.




                                                                        OLDER

                           l.       Venue of this case   shall be transferred to Isanti County   in the Tenth Judicial District


                  without delay or costs to any party herein.
