Hon. Suzanne Bollman is a judge for the 10th Judicial District Court of Minnesota in Wright County. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Mark Dayton on January 6, 2014, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Elizabeth H. Martin (Ret.).
The 10th Judicial District includes Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright Counties. During her judicial career, Bollman has presided in Chisago and Wright Counties.
Over the course of her legal career, Bollman worked as an assistant county attorney for Sherburne County, Stearns County, and Benton County, and was a former assistant city attorney for the City of St. Paul.
She received a B.A. from St. Olaf College. Bollman went on to complete a J.D. at Hamline University School of Law.
She was an alternate delegate for the Minnesota District Judges Association and sat as a member of the Pine, Isanti, Chisago, and Kanabec Early Neutral Evaluation Steering Committee, the 2015 Annual Conference of Judges Planning Committee, and the Supreme Court Gender Fairness Implementation Committee.
Bollman also served as a union negotiator and steward for the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) and sat on the City of Ramsey Public Safety Board.
At the time of her appointment, she resided in Ramsey, Minnesota.
