You are hereby alleged to have violated the following provisions of the above-mentioned
Order: Obligor is Travis Jeffery Wessels; Obligee isKimberly Ann Lemier.
1. Beginning January 1,2011 and continuing each month thereafter:
o The Defendant shall pay $217 per month as ongoing basic child support.
YOU ARE FURTHER ORDERED to do the following:
1. Meet with a Child Support Ofi'lcer at 8:30 a.m. on the day 0f the hearing to discuss this
case and attempt to reach a settlement.
2. Bring to the hearing the following information:
a. The name and address of your cunent employer,
b. Paycheck stubs for the past three (3) months,
c. The policy number, name of plan, and cost of any dependent insurance available
to you through your employer or union.
