before this court at the Chisago County Government Center, 313 North Main Street, Center City,
MN on December 20, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard,
why this Court should not hold you in contempt of court for failure to comply with the provisions
of the Chisago County, State of Minnesota, Order dated January 19, 2011 and why this Court
should not make its Order granting the relief requested by the County of Chisago in the Notice of
Motion and Motion attached herein.
You are hereby alleged to have violated the following provisions of the above-mentioned
Order: Obligor is Travis Jeffery Wessels; Obligee is Kimberly Ann Lemier.
1 Beginning January 1, 2011 and continuing each month thereafter:
. The Defendant shall pay $217 per month as ongoing basic child support.
YOU ARE FURTHER ORDERED to do the following:
1. Meet with a Child Support Officer at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the hearing to discuss this
case and attempt to reach a settlement.
a Bring to the hearing the following information:
a The name and address of your current employer,
b. Paycheck stubs for the past three (3) months,
c. The policy number, name of plan, and cost of any dependent insurance available
to you through your employer or union.
