PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the annexed Petition to Confirm an Arbitration
Award Pursuant to CPLR § 7510, the exhibits attached thereto, and upon all proceedings in this
case to date, Petitioner J. Bryan Reece (“Petitioner”) will move this Court, at 9:30 A.M. on the
29th day of September, 2022 at the Courthouse, 60 Centre Street, New York, New York in the
Motion Submission Part Courtroom, Room 130, for an order (i) confirming in all respects the
Award entered by the FINRA arbitration panel in the arbitration Katie Klein et al. v. Morgan
Stanley et al., FINRA Case No. 21-00507; (ii) directing that all references to the arbitration and
customer complaint (CRD Occurrence # 1599697) be expunged from the FINRA Central
Registration Depository registration records of Petitioner; and (iii) for such other and further
relief as the Court deems just and proper.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to CPLR 403(b), Respondent’s
answer to the petition, if any, shall be served on the undersigned at least seven (7) days before
the return date of the petition.
