2. Any notice required by Minnesota law is hereby waived.
3. The Petitioner has declared or affirmed that the

the best of Petitioner’s knowledge or information.
4. The Petitioner is an interested person as defined by Minnesota
law.
5. The Personal Representative, has paid or transferred all of
the property of the Estate of Decedent to the persons entitled to
the property, paid all taxes required to be paid by the Personal
Representative and filed proof of those payments, complied with
all the orders and decree of the Court and with the provisions of
law applicable to this Estate and to the Personal Representative,
and has fully discharged the Personal Representative's duties.
IT IS ORDERED:
1. The Petition is granted.
2. The Personal Representative and the surety on the Personal
Representative’s bond, if any, are now discharged.
