I, Jacky Poon, declare:
I have attempted to serve the Summons, Complaints, and Court documents to
Tina Yan on the following dates and times at her home at 1433 7 Avenue, San
Francisco, but no one came out to accept service.
Sunday March 5, 2017 at 4:50 pm
Monday March 6, 2017 at 7:39 pm
Tuesday March 7,2017 at 9:05 am
On Monday March 6, 2017 at about 7:39 pm, I went to rang the door bell at 1433
7" Avenue, someone believed to be Demas Yan, son of the party to the complaint,
watched out from the window from the second floor, he however refused to accept
service of the documents, I therefore left the documents and left.
On Tuesday March 7, 2017 at about 9:05 am, I went to rang the door bell at the
same house again with the second set of the documents, someone believed to be Demas
Yan, son of the party to the complaint, watched out from the window from the second
floor, he once again refuse to open the door to accept service of the court documents.
On the same day of March 7, 2017, I mailed the Court documents through USPS
first class at the United States Postal Service in San Francisco addressing to Tina Yan at
1433 7" Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94122.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct and that
