On March 4, 2019, it was brought to the Court’s attention that since Plaintiff Angela
Claiborne’s death on January 5, 2019, no executor, administrator, or heir (collectively
“representative”) has made an appearance in this cause as required by Rule 151, TEX. R. CIV. P.,
and that Ben Bireley, attorney for Plaintiff, stated to the Court that it could take 60 days or less for
a representative to make an appearance in this cause. At the Court’s suggestion and upon consent
of the Parties, this cause is abated until either May 5, 2019, or until such date that a representative
appears in this cause, whichever is sooner. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that this cause is abated until May 5, 2019, or until such date that a
