Pursuant to the Connecticut Practice Book §13-14(b)(5) the undersigned Defendants,
EDGARDO HOYOS and EDAHOL INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR, INC., hereby request
this Honorable Court enter a Judgment of Nonsuit against the Plaintiff, CHERYL CHIARI-
MCCARTHY, for failure to respond to the Defendants’ interrogatories and requests for
production (Forms 202, 205 and 217) dated December 10, 2021.
WHEREFORE, pursuant to §13-14(b)(5) of the Practice Book, the undersigned
Defendants move this court for a Judgment of Nonsuit against the Plaintiffs.
