August 29, 2022, the exhibits attached thereto, and upon all pleadings and prior proceedings
heretofore had herein, the defendant SYED MUJAHID SAYEED, M.D., and PRECISION
SURGERY OF NEW YORK, P.C., by his attorneys, DORF & NELSON LLP, will move this
Court, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau, located at 100 Supreme
Court Drive, Mineola, New York 11501, on the 13th day of October, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. on that
date, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard for an Order:
(a) Pursuant to CPLR §3212, granting summary judgment to the defendants SYED
MUJAHID SAYEED, M.D., and PRECISION SURGERY OF NEW YORK,
P.C., dismissing plaintiff’s claims with prejudice;
(b) Deleting the names of the defendants SYED MUJAHID SAYEED, M.D., and
PRECISION SURGERY OF NEW YORK, P.C.; and
(c) Directing the entry of judgment in favor of the defendants SYED MUJAHID
SAYEED, M.D., and PRECISION SURGERY OF NEW YORK, P.C.; and,
