                                    Upon    reading   the  Emergency      Affirmation     of  Jason   Cyrulnik,    dated   August    2,

                  2022, together with the Verified Complaint in this action, it is hereby:

                                    ORDERED        that  Defendant     LS-14    AVE    LLC,    show    cause   before  this  Court   at

                  IAS Part _____ Room _____ of the Courthouse in and for the County of New York, 60 Centre

                  Street, New York, New York on the _____ day of ____________ 2022 at _____ _.m., or as soon

                  thereafter   as counsel    can  be  heard,  why    an  order  should   not  be  entered   directing   the  Clerk   of

                  Court   to  keep   UNDER       SEAL     the  unredacted     version   of  Plaintiff’s  Verified    Complaint     and

                  Exhibits thereto; and such other and further relief as is just and proper; and it is

                                    FURTHER        ORDERED         that,  sufficient   cause   appearing    therefor,   pending    the

                  hearing and determination on Plaintiff’s application for a sealing order and until further order of
                  this  Court,   access   to  the   documents     filed  under    seal  remain    restricted  to  the   Court,   court

                  personnel, the parties and counsel of record in this proceeding; and it is

                                    ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order, and the papers upon which it is

                  based,   and  the  Verified   Complaint,     shall  be  made   upon   Defendant’s     counsel    Peter  S. Borock,

                  Greenberg     Traurig,   LLP,   One   Vanderbilt     Avenue,    New    York,   NY   10017,    by  overnight    mail,

                  mailed on or before August __, 2022, and shall be deemed good and sufficient service; and

                                    ORDERED that answering papers, if any, shall be electronically filed on or before

                  5:00 p.m. on ____________, 2022, and that reply papers, if any, shall be electronically filed on

                  or before 5:00 p.m. on ____________, 2022.
