Dear Justice Keane:
We represent petitioner J.G. Wentworth Originations, LLC (“Petitioner”) in the above-
referenced matter. At the June 8, 2022 hearing, the Court requested an increased purchase price
of the structured settlement payments Jamilla Peay seeks to transfer to Petitioner. In response to
the Court’s request, Petitioner has increased the purchase price from $19,500, with an interest
rate of 17.93%, to $20,500, with an interest rate of $15.85.
Accordingly, we respectfully request the Court grant the Petition at the increased
purchase price.
We appreciate the Court’s attention to this matter.
