Searcy, Jr. and Frank Greenhaw, IV, Kelly, Hart & Hallman, L.L.P., 201 Main Street,
Suite 2500, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 to appear before Judge Curry, in the Courtroom of the
153'd District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, located in the Tim Curry Justice Center - 7th
Floor, 401 W. Belknap Fort Worth, TX 76196-0225, on Monday, December 17,2012, at 10
a.m., to attend and give testimony at the hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration of
Motion to Recoup Trust Funds Improperly Paid from the Lesey B. Kinsel Trust of the above-
referenced matter, and to remain in attendance from day to day until lawfully discharged.
PATRICK R. COWLISHAW IS COMMANDED to produce and permit inspection
and copying of the following documents or tangible things at the time and date set forth above
and in the Courtroom set forth above:
All billing records, billing statements, invoices for fees and expenses, time slips, records
of payments, and invoices to any of the following: (I) Lesey B. Kinsel, individually; (2) The
Lesey B. Kinsel Trust; (3) Jane 0. Lindsey as Trustee, of the Lesey B. Kinsel Trust; (4) Jane 0.
Lindsey individually; and (5) Robert Oliver, individually, by Keith Branyon, and /or Jackson
Walker, L.L.P., during the period beginning February I, 2007 and extending through and
including the date of the above referenced hearing.

CONTEMPT. Failure by any person without adequate excuse to obey a subpoena served
on that person may be deemed a contempt of the court from which the subpoena is issued or a
district court in the county in which the subpoena is served, and may be punished by fine or
confinement, or both. Tex. R. Civ. P. 176.8(a).
DO NOT FAIL to return this writ to the 153'd District Court of Tarrant County, Texas,
with the attached return showing the manner of execution.
