Lindsey, Robert N. 0 liver, Donna Prince and Paul Prince]; (2) Defendants Jackson Walker, LLP and Keith Branyon's Motion to Quash and Motion for Protective Order [regarding deposition of Keith Branyon]; and (3) Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Depositions of Jane 0. Lindsey, Robert N. Oliver, Donna Prince, Paul Prince, and Keith Branyon. After consideration ofthe Motions, Responses and Affidavits filed connection therewith, the papers and pleadings on file herein, and the argument of counsel, I IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the depositions of Jane 0. Lindsey, Robert N. Oliver, Donna Prince, Paul Prince, and Keith Branyon, may proceed after August 31, 2011, in the order chosen by Plaintiff.
