As a follow-up to our telephone conversation this morning, this will confirm that you are
in receipt of our correspondence dated May 12, 2010 stating that at the hearing on Defendant
Jane 0. Lindsey's Plea in Abatement, the Court stated that the above-referenced case would be
continued. This will also confirm that you have advised us that you need to confirm with Judge
Curry that you may remove the case from the Court's June 14, 2010 docket and that you will
contact us after speaking with Judge Curry if the case is not removed from that docket.
