In hopes of placing the defendants on notice that litigation has ensued, the Courts attempted to serve the citation of service via Certified Mail to the address listed on file with the Secretary of State, TRH LEGACY GROUP, LLC., via their registered agent of service Thomas R. Hardeman at 13217 Padre Avenue, Keller, TX 76244 USA, to no avail. However, the Plaintiff has successfully performed a skip trace to find the location of the other proper defendants. The Plaintiff, is awaiting a copy of the citation of service from the Courts in order to attempt service of process on all parties. Plaintiff, asks the Court to retain this case on the docket to provide the defendants with the proper opportunity to respond.
