Ds' fee agreements violate B&P Code 6147; they are voidable and void. Ds' engaged in rampant malpractice, including but not
limited to: failing to understand the substantive law, taking legal advice from a non-lawyer, filing deficient documents, failing to
relay settlement offers, and failing to keep Reynolds informed in general. Ds misconduct even got Reynolds sued, and Ds then
charged Reynolds to defend him. Ds converted Reynolds' documents. Reynolds seeks an accounting and return of fees.
