would like to discuss another project with you, on a smaller scale than the comprehensive center we
originally discussed.
As I am sure you know, Interven�onal Radiology (IR) procedures performed in an office environment
(Place of Service code 11) are among the highest reimbursing in outpa�ent healthcare. An office-
based lab (OBL) with a modest stream of fistula declots, arterial revasculariza�ons, and venous work
can be very lucra�ve. It can be done in a fairly small space - about 3000 square feet, with rela�vely
low start up costs. There are a number of OBLs in Houston, so this is not a new idea, but we feel that
we bring something unique to the market with our lean workflow and opera�ons model. We already
have a rela�onship with an Interven�onal Radiologist in League City with strong referral sources who
would like to par�cipate. And, we have defendable data regarding start-up costs and opera�ng
expenses. We will need to flesh out the u�liza�on based on referrers we are able to engage, and their
payor mixes. We are not dogma�c about the loca�on or the Provider.
We are looking for someone to consult with us to bring our idea from concept to a formal Prospectus,
including business plan and pro forma, ready to present to poten�al investors and finance sources,
preferably within the next 30 days.
