AGREED ENTRY AND ORDER GRANTING AMENDED JOINT MOTION TO INTERPLEAD FUNDS AND DISMISSING THIRD-PARTY COMPLAINT AGAINST CHICAGO TITLE COMPANY, LLC Upon the Joint Motion of Plaintiffs Assunta Rossi Personalty Revocable Living Trust, Assunta Rossi, and Robert V. Traci (“Plaintiffs”), Defendant D.J. Keehan (“Keehan”), Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff Westlake Shadow Creek, LLC (“WSC”), and Third-Party Defendant Chicago Title Company LLC. (“CTC”), and for good cause shown, CTC is ordered to interplead the escrow funds that CTC currently holds in escrow in the amount of $5,000 (the “Escrow Funds”). Once deposited with the Court, the Escrow Funds will be disbursed upon further order of the Court or by agreement of the parties that assert an interest in the Escrow Funds. As a result, upon tender of the Escrow Funds to the Court by CTC, WSC’s Third-Party Complaint against CTC shall be dismissed with prejudice.
