of their differences but failed to complete the settlement.
The parties are involved in two collateral matters. The first is in San Mateo in which
Defendant was sued to compel her to distribute the estate of their mother and for damages.
The second action is for domestic violence restraining order in Santa Cruz. Arestraining
order has been issued against Lidia Ryan in favor of Plaintiff.
