I 1epiesent defendant Reed Renovations Corp. ("Reed Renovations") in this matter and write
plaintiffs'
in brief response to premature and misguided September 26, 2018 letter. Despite
plaintiffs'
counsel's representations to the contrary, Reed Renovations already served itsresponses to
demands. I spoke to counsel this morning and resent a copy of my previously sent email with the
responses attached. He confirmed receipt.
In light of the fact that Reed Renovations is in compliance with the Court's directive, I
plaintiffs'
respectfully request that the Court deny counsel's request in itsentirety.
