Specifically, at the status conference on June 27, 2022 the court advised the parties that the week of July 12, 2022 may be available for evidence. However, defense counsel is unavailable and will be out of State on a pre- planned trip in Florida from July 13, 2022 to July 17, 2022. Further, defense counsel has a one day trial in the case of Trelski v. Costco on July 8, 2022 that has already been continued on three occasions.
