DRY, ) Plaintiff, ) ) v. ) Case No. 200Z-AC00044 ) SAMUEL DEATHERAGE and ) TRISH DEATHERAGE, ) Defendants. ) AMENDED JUDGMENT THIS JUDGMENT IS AMENDED TO CORRECT A CLERICAL ERROR WHEREIN DAMAGES WERE OMITTED FROM THE TEXT OF THE ORIGINAL JUDGMENT. ON THE 15™ day of July, 2020, the above-captioned case is called for hearing on PlaintifPs Petition. Plaintiff appears in person and with his counsel, C. Lee Pipkins. Defendants appear not. Hearing held. After considering the record before it, the Court finds all relevant facts in favor of Plaintiff. It is, therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: Plaintiff shall have restitution of the premises more commonly known as 18 County Road 166, Drury, Ozark County, Missouri which the Court finds had been forcibly or unlawfully detained, and judgment is ordered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants Samuel Deatherage and Trish Deatherage. Plaintiff is awarded $4,000 in rents. Plaintiff is awarded $2,010 in damages. Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees of $650 pursuant to the terms of the lease. Filing fee of $46.50 and service fees (including posting) of $234.14 assessed to Defendants. Any personal property remaining on the premises shall be considered abandoned.
