AGREED ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO
DISMISS CERTAIN CLAIMS WITH PREJUDICE
Pending before the Court is the Joint Motion to Dismiss Certain Claims With Prejudice of
Roger D. Parsons, in his capacity as trustee of the LL&E Royalty Trust, and as authorized
representative of the LL&E Royalty Partnership (“Parsons”) and The Bank of New York Mellon
Trust Company, N.A., and The Bank of New York Mellon (the “BNYM Parties”). Having
considered the Joint Motion, the Court finds that it should be granted. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Dismiss Certain Claims with Prejudice is
GRANTED. It is further
ORDERED that all claims and causes of action asserted by Parsons against the BNYM
Parties are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE TO REFILING. It is further
ORDERED that all claims and causes of action asserted by the BNYM Parties against
Parsons are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE TO REFILING. It is further
ORDERED that costs shall be taxed to the party incurring same and that each party shall
bear its own costs.
