the parties have reached a preliminary settlement agreement in this matter, and the parties are
working to finalize the agreement. Counsel requested the stay of this appeal remain in place for
an additional sixty (60) days t0 allow the parties sufficient time to fully conclude the execution
of the settlement. The request is GRANTED.
The stay of this appeal filed April 29, 2022, which also included staying the preparation
and filing of the record, shall REMAIN in fullforce and effect until further order 0f the court.
Plaintiff/appellant’s counsel is DIRECTED to serve and file, 0n 0r before sixty (60) days
from the date of this order, either an abandonment of the appeal with the superior court; or in the
alternative, a letter with the settlement conference administrator of this court advising the court
0f the status of the settlement agreement between the parties.
