1. Shall be exchanged between counsel and pro se parties at least seven (7) days before Pre-
Trial Conference.
2. Shall be marked at time of exchange.
3. Sufficient copies for: the Court, the lawyers/pro se parties, and witnesses (on date of trial)
4. All exhibits properly exchanged and marked will be deemed properly identified and
admissible UNLESS: by 5 p.m. two (2) days preceding Pre-Trial Conference, a written
objection is delivered to the lawyer/pro se party who submitted the proposed exhibit,
setting forth the Jegal ground and authority justifying the objection. Each such issue shall
be submitted to the Court at Pre-Trial Conference for a possible In Limine order.
5. Lawyers/pro se party shall provide the Court with a form to identify exhibits admitted or
denied.
D. Witnesses:
The name, address, phone number and a substantive statemént of the auiticipated
testimony of each witness shall be exchanged at least seven (7) days before Pre-Trial
Conference. It is not sufficient to state that a witness will testify to all issues; will testify as to
the issues of visitation or other similar generic statements.

“ giiidelines, - matters to be discussed, and range of sanctions. THIS PRE-TRIAL
CONFERENCE SHALL BE CONSIDERED A_ FINAL PRE-TRIAL
CONFERENCE. IF_A_ PARTY FAJUS TO APPEAR AT PRE-TRIAL
CONFERENCE, JUDGMENT MAY BE ENTERED AND THE CASE STRICKEN
FROM THE TRIAL DOCKET.
