having previously been set for hearing on this date.

Evidence is adduced and the Court finds as follows: That Charles William
Poeppelmeyer, Jr., died on the 20" day of August, 2020, a resident of Stoddard County,
Missouri; that he died intestate, owning real and personal property in this State; that Erin S.
Brown is a suitable person to administer upon said estate.
Whereupon, it is ORDERED that Erin S. Brown be, and she hereby is appointed
Personal Representative of the estate of said deceased. Before entering upon her duties
she is ordered to provide bond in the amount of $40,000.00.
