JUDGMENT
On this 17" day of February, 2022, Petitioner’s Petition to Discover Assets against
Respondent comes before the Court for Hearing. Petitioner comes by her Attorney, Donald
Rhodes, and Respondent appears in person and without Counsel. Evidence was adduced, and
after considering the evidence and hearing from the Respondent, the Court finds that Respondent
took $750.00 cash money from the decedent’s residence shortly after the death of the decedent.
The Court further finds that the Respondent is unable to pay said sum and therefore the Petitioner
will be unable to collect the same. The Court further finds there is no need to amend the
inventory to show additional funds that was on the body of the decedent or in his residence at the
time of his death.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the inventory of
the decedent’s estate, Charles William Poeppelmeyer, shall not be amended as said sum is
uncollectable.
