The terms of that agreement are as follows: First, the parties agreed to delay discussion and litigation of non-Section 2019.210 objections until the issue of whether SunPower’s Second Amended Trade Secret Designation satisfies the “reasonable particularity” standard is resolved; Second, within 30 days after the discovery stay imposed by Section 2019.210 is lifted, either! by Court order or the parties’ mutual agreement, the parties will serve amended responses and objections to all outstanding discovery requests in this matter; and Third, the parties will have 45 days from the service of amended responses and objections to bring any motions to compel on non-Section 2019.210 objections. In accordance with this agreement, the parties did not address any non-Section 2019.210 discovery objections in the briefing on SunPower’s Motion to Compel.
