INC., is the alter ego of Defendant VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC;
WHEREAS Defendants, VELOCITY PORTFOLIO GROUP, INC., and VELOCITY
INVESTMENTS, LLC, for purposes of this litigation only, do not contest that Defendant, VELOCITY

PORTFOLIO GROUP, INC., is the alter ego of Defendant, VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC;
WHEREAS Plaintiff, MARIA ANTONIA CANUL, individually and on behalf of all others
similarly situated, has served Defendants, VELOCITY PORTFOLIO GROUP, INC., with a first set of
discovery requests and VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC, with a second set of discovery requests
directed at the alter ego issues raised in this litigation;
WHEREAS Plaintiff, MARIA ANTONIA CANUL, individually and on behalf of all others
similarly situated, withdraws the discovery requests upon the execution of this stipulation;
WHEREAS Plaintiff, MARIA ANTONIA CANUL, individually and on behalf of all others
similarly situated, reserves the right to seek net worth discovery from Defendants VELOCITY
PORTFOLIO GROUP, INC., and VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC, as necessary to support any
claim for damages in this case; and
WHEREAS Defendants, VELOCITY PORTFOLIO GROUP, INC., withdraws the Special
Motion to Strike First Amended Cross-Complaint filed on January 5, 2022, upon the execution of this
stipulation.
IT IS ACCORDINGLY HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff, MARIA
ANTONIA CANUL, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, and Defendants,
VELOCITY PORTFOLIO GROUP, INC., and VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC, that, for purposes
