The Court orders that the jury deposit shall be paid no later than the close of business on 7/14/2021,or
it will be deemed by the Court, a waiver of their right to a Jury Trial. The Court also orders that the
totality of the jury fees and the reporter fees shall be paid by the first day of trial.
The Court continues the case to 10/03/2022 at 8:30 a.m., in SM 2 for Trial Conference Confirmation. The
Court also orders that first chair trial counsel shall be present for all future hearings. Appearances by
