appearance. The Defendant hereby agrees to waive his/her right to a claim for exemption and
agrees to $25.00 per pay period in lieu of a garnishment, which would place an undue hardship
upon the defendant. Plaintiff will keep all the payments previously received via garnishment.
Therefore, Garnishee is hereby ordered to withbold a maximum of $25.00 from the
Defendant's current pay period, and $25.00 per pay period thereafter, until the balance of
$2,109.61 and all accruing interest is paid in full or until further Order of the Court, unless the
Defendant's employment ceases or is otherwise terminated,
