Capital Management, L.‘L.C., and Polychain Capital LP (together with Plaintiff, the “Stipulating
Parties”), by andthrough their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree as follows and
jointly request that the court enter the below Order approving this Stipulation.
_WHEREAS, on-O‘ctober 27, 2021, Dnity USA Research, LLC filed a motion to stay all a
proceedings inthe above-captioned action pending resolution of a related case in the Northern
District of California (the “Motion to Stay”);
WHEREAS, on November 5, 202-1, the Court entered an order setting a brieng schedule
for defendants in the above-captioned action (“Defendants”) to le their responses to the

complaint1n the event the Motion to Stayis denied;
WHEREAS, on January 27, 2022, the Court held a hearing and issued Case Management
order #2 which continued the Court’ s decision on the Motion to until February 18, 2022,

Stay
WHEREAS, Case Management Order #2 also ordered the Parties to submit a stipulation
and proposed order reecting (1) a revised brieng schedule for Defendants’responses to the
complaint and Defendants’ anticipated motion regarding a stay of discovery pursuant to the
Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (“Motion Regarding a Discovery Stay”) in the event the
Motion to Stay is'denied; and (2) the Parties’ positions on email service om the Court and an
email service list. _
