Petition, and Defendant(s) has/have failed to answer, appear or otherwise defend the |

4. Counsel for Plaintiff has no additional information that would be pertinent to the
Court’s ruling on this Motion.
5. Due to Defendants failure to appear and/or file responsive pleadings, no hearing is
requested or required Pursuant to 12 O.S. 10. Plaintiff requests the Court enter a Default
Judgment against Defendant(s) for the relief requested in Plaintiff's Petition.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the Court enter Judgment against Defendant(s) in the following
amounts:
Amount claimed: $1225.44;
Interest: Interest in the amount of $76.75 is due and owing through November 26, 2018,
plus interest at the rate of 6.000% per annum from that date forward through the date ofJudgment, plus interest at the rate of 6.50% per annum from the date of Judgment until
